Casey was very helpful and professional and worked with us as best he could when he had to reschedule the work several times.
Our Installation Crew
All three of the crew members were very polite. My family was sick on the first two days of the work and had to stay home. The crew made us feel comfortable and often joked with us as they went in and out of the house. One of the crew even let me take a picture of him covered in mud from our crawl space. At one point my youngest son was scared of the drill noise coming from the crawl space and one the crew members did his best to reassure him it was only the work going on. Very professional, clean and courteous!
The Cleanup Process
When I got home on the last day of the work the house appeared as if there had not been any work done. The floor appeared to be swept and all things were put back in their spots. I especially appreciate the care the crew took when placing the plastic sheeting to ensure the mess was not all over my floor.
