This is the customer's basement before our expert solutions.
Water collected in the WaterGuard drainage system will drain to the TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove from the home.
SilverGlo wall insulation was fastened to the crawl space walls and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout the crawl space floor and sealed with vapor barrier tape to prevent moisture from seeping through the dirt floor and into the space.
Not the kind of 'crack' you want to see in your basement.
Before WaterGuard and CleanSpace were installed. You can see where the wall meets the floor, there is visible water markings.
Water stains and moisture buildup? Yep, this basement was losing the battle against water.
Visible stair step cracks, a clear sign of a problematic foundation.
