I spend my time saving real estate transactions from last-minute appraisers who don’t like the basement, surprise leaks on the week of closing, and preventing extensions to due diligence by being available all hours of the day. In my free time, I repair and maintain my home, play with my pets, and play a little bit of nerdy video games before bed. Fun fact about me: I have 3 cats!

This is the customer's basement before our expert solutions.
The basement's support beams were rusted and had to be replaced. Rusted support beams in a basement can weaken the structure of the building, increasing the risk of collapse or significant structural damage. This can pose a serious safety hazard for anyone in the basement or nearby, and may also lead to costly repairs or renovations to correct the issue.
The CarbonArmor Wall Repair System is bonded to the wall with a high strength epoxy resin for permanent stabilization.
SilverGlo wall insulation was fastened to the crawl space walls and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was installed throughout the crawl space floor and sealed with vapor barrier tape to prevent moisture from seeping through the dirt floor and into the space.
