Job review from David in New Castle, PA 16105 on 07/16/23

Dissatisfied. Scope was concrete leveling of front porch and specifically scoped the elevation of the corners it needed raised to for the estimator. Installers stopped work and said they used all material it was scoped for and I would need to pay more to go forward. I called office to discuss and no one was there and never called back while installers were there so they left, and two follow up days after, and no return call. In addition, since they stopped, my crack is not level in middle of pad but grinded it wider, corners are not to scoped elevation, they created two more cracks, pressurized foam sprayed on wall, ceiling and wall light (they got the wall and ceiling foam off, but not the light and left it that way, so need to replace two lights), caulk job is sloppy (ran it up the wall), and after that, noticed crack in basement wall. Installers were nice and professional but will not recommend company to others, as I feel they under bid the job to get it, then hit me for change order, and didn't perform scope requested.

Took messages, but never called back.
