We had three Smart Jacks installed in our basement to reinforce the flooring upstairs, as some floor supports had been cut out years ago (100 year old home) to make room for vents, without proper support. The work was done by David and Austin, and they were exceptionally professional and friendly and demonstrated their experience, neatly jack hammering out the existing concrete areas for the jack footers and expertly placing the new supports. The jacks were installed quickly, with no mess left behind. We were concerned about dust and debris, and there was virtually none, it was an expert job. Everything seems fine so far, we have a lot of confidence in this added support to the home and are ready to seal up the cracks and finish painting upstairs. Thanks to Chris B. (our rep) , who did a great job of consulting us, taking time evaluating the problem, and recommending the best solution,. He went out of his way, stopping by several times to answer questions, ensuring that we were well prepared to get this work done. Thank you Keystone!

Chris B. was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions we had prior to installing. Scheduling was easy, and Keystone kept to their appointments.

Chris did a fine sales presentation, we never felt that he was overselling anything we didn't need, but instead openly evaluated the problem and came up with a logical solution that was within our budget and solved the issue.

Dave and Austin were exceptional, neatly hammering out the area for the smart jacks and professionally installing them with no mess and no damage. Based on prior experience with this type of work , we were expecting a lot of clean up after this was done, but to our pleasant surprise there was nothing additional we needed to do, the home was treated with care and respect through the process, and the work appears to have been done properly. As noted, we had no cleanup, David and Austin did a great job, no significant dust and no debris in the basement or outside. Couldn't be happier about that, thank you!
