Call Representative
The call representative made the process of setting up the appointment extremely easy.
Sales Process
The estimate of the work that was needed was not quite accurate; however, the salesperson was very helpful in explaining the process and setting up the appointment. His confidence in your company greatly influenced my decision to have Liberty do the work.
Our Installation Crew
The crews (I dealt with several; Aaron and Jordan were the foremen) were all very hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. They were all very polite and courteous. Aaron identified a problem with the main beam while installing the piers. I was glad to have that problem addressed by Liberty also.
The Cleanup Process
The work area was left very clean and in order.
What made you choose our company:
It was difficult finding a company willing to come to my location. Several would not travel so far and another company initially told me they would not, but called back later to say they would, which made me hesitate to use them. The price and warranty also influenced my decision. The Liberty salesperson (Tyler) made me feel confident in choosing Liberty Basement Systems.
