    Comment Our basement is an old stone and dirt foundation. There are several additions. one has a patio over it with concrete walls, the other has only a crawl space. The basement has low clearance and is not adequate for head clearance, so will need dug down or the house raised up. We would like 10 foot ceilings. The house is a wooden structure with Brick Facing.
