Lana Markarian

Lana has joined our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She knows how to motivate and inspire the team members to give the best of themselves, every day. Her primary objective is to find talented people who are passionate about what they do in order to build a winning and united team. Her role is essential for the company because human capital is the main source of growth.

Lana has an extensive experience as a Team Culture and Director of Operations for international and domestic markets. Part of her job was sourcing and identifying outstanding talent, training, and onboarding them. She was also responsible for delivering sales results. She had a bachelor’s degree in human resources and has a Scrum and Lean Sigma master black belt certification.

Lana represents a real asset for our company and Systèmes Sous-sol Québec is proud to have her in our team.
