Mohamed Abdallah

Mohamed is a Systems Design Specialist at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec, With experience in door-to-door sales for Videotron, he have honed strong communication and persuasive skills, enabling him to effectively present products and solutions. In addition, he learned the importance of face-to-face interaction, which helped him quickly build trust with customers, actively listen to their concerns, and explain how our services can meet their needs. This ability is especially valuable when addressing complex issues like water infiltration in basements, where clear and empathetic communication is key.

In his day-to-day work, Mohamed is responsible for the comprehensive design and implementation of specialized systems for basements. This involves conducting thorough inspections of basement areas, identifying potential issues, and creating customized solutions to address them. Mohamed spends a considerable amount of time meeting clients at their homes, where he carefully assesses their specific needs and preferences. He then proposes tailored solutions aimed at improving and securing their basement spaces. This role allows him to leverage his strong customer service skills and technical knowledge, ensuring that each solution is uniquely suited to meet the client's individual requirements.

Mohamed takes pride in ensuring that every customer feels confident in the solutions he provide, from the initial conversation to the end of the appointment. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the relief and satisfaction on a customer's face when they know their problem is solved.

Outside of work, Mohamed is passionate about videography and photography, and enjoys going to the cinema, playing soccer, and spending quality time with his family. Staying active at the gym is also one of his favorite activities.
