Our Overall Service
Customer service couldn't answer simple questions around the invoicing process and was very pushy towards signing documents before addressing simple invoicing related questions. Even though all payments were made promptly, the reps were very pushy and focused on getting sign off rather than making sure to answer questions well. Very different attitude and experience when compared to the field service engineers and installation crew who were much more patient and happy to explain the details.

Presales engineer (Jerry) was great and took the time to explain the project well.
Our Installation Crew
Field crew (Felix) did a great job of providing regular updates and progress on the job. Would be better if they sent progress pictures as job was being done.
