Suggestions for Improvement:

One very annoying feature is the need to get / arrange for my own plumber and electrician, especially with respect to coordination. It should be easy for your company to have arrangements with one or more local, independent plumbers and electricians for this.

Company's Response:

Dear Mr. Kartik,

thank you for your kind review of our company.

We understand your frustration with regards to sourcing a plumber and/or electrician. I know that our representative did try to source out 2 plumbers he deals with himself regularly but unfortunately both were unavailable.

We love to help clients to our best and make sure that they are happy with the service. However, since we are a specialized contractor in basement waterproofing and foundation repair, we do not have any plumbers on our team.

Keep in mind that in most cases our solutions don't require a plumber since we drain the pump into the soil away from the foundation, whenever possible - which gives you the best results and poses the least risk of sewer water backup. We have been doing this for many years and has worked out for thousands of houses.

As for the pumps, they need a normal electrical household plug, nothing special.

As such, we rarely do need electricians or plumbers, and this is why we can't keep any within our team.

On another hand, we have had bad experiences with subcontracting any services, since we cannot control the quality of the work to be done. We love to keep our clients happy, and this is why we trust them to get their own plumber and/or electrician in those rare situations when some are needed.

I will bring this up to the production team anyway for future consideration.

Thank you again, and we hope that you enjoy the lifetime warranty on your footing drain.

Regards,

Antonio Sabella
