Joel (Salesman) was fantastic. Explained the process very well, benefits, and comparative / alternative costs (which I validated to be true was really great to deal with. Frank and William (technicians) were outstanding during the entire process. They explained every step of what they were going to do prior to starting the job and followed thru with thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. Can even tell they were there except for the now level concrete pool sidewalk decks. They are both fantastic and VERY professional guys!!!

Follow up was consistent and whole team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Joel, Valerie, Frank, and William are a fine example of top notch, and represent the credibility of PurLift extremely well.
