Job review from Shealie in Irmo, SC 29063 on 07/28/21

If my expierence was going off purley just communication for the first half it was wonderful to use Canty. However after our poly was put in by someone who honestly made me unsure if the job was done to the specifications that we paid for was very disheartening. If we could go back and just do the piers and avoid the entire confusion of the poly installer then I would be over the moon happy with the company.

The one person I had to speak to in regards to Canty needing to reschedule me due to a worker shortage was the sweetest. You can tell she really valued not only my time but wanted to do the best she could to rectify a situation that was fully out of her control.

The man who came out for my estimate was very knowledgeable and seemed excited to help out with our foundation issues.

My first crew for the piers I have zero issues or complaints. The crew for the poly came in asking me about measurements and what needed to be done stating they were only given a diagram picture (the same picture I have on my estimate paperwork) I found it very odd the day of the job is when the man was looking into how to correctly do the job for our home. It was very disappointing to say the least since I chose canty after several estimates.

The inside of our house was left with lots of dust everywhere after the poly was done. Which wouldnt have been an issue if we were told before hand that we would need to really have to spend the afternoon cleaning up the area.
