Jaden has worked for Frontier in production before being promoted to Co-Foreman, so he knows the ins and outs of the job installation process. He enjoys working towards a specific goal, and he finds satisfaction in seeing the before and after of a job. 

In his spare time, Jaden likes going to the gym, playing video games, watching Netflix, and riding four-wheelers.
