Job review from David in Paducah, KY 42003 on 03/22/17

Second attempt, still not done as contracted. Contract was for removal of 40 ft of incorrectly installed pipe and replace with 80 ft of smart pipe around perimeter of crawl space. Installer was only sent with 40 ft of smart pipe and had to use old pipe on 2 sides of crawl space. I feel like I should be reimbursed for 40 ft of smart pipe that I did not receive.

Fernando was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. Both he and Jose did a very good job.
