Although everyone was quite helpful I found that there were way to many people involved with contacting etc. Each time I had to tried to contact the previous person I ended up speaking with someone else. Not that this was a terrible thing. It was just confusing. Also found that communication between office and sales person regarding my project wasn't as smooth. For instance documents that I had sent to the office weeks before were asked for by my sales person afterwards.

Installation crew was good. Addressed my concerns. Although after the fact I wished I had known to ask more questions about some things. For instance asking why when told that my air vent would no longer be flushed to the ceiling. Does that mean when I change them out will it mess up the seal if I try to make it flush to the ceiling? I wasn't given a reason and didn't think to ask because at the time I just assumed it didn't matter.
