Manny was very professional and well mannered. Having been a contractor before, I appreciated his co-operation w/me when working in the same area, He would allow me to finish my task before continuing.

He cleaned up as best as possible under the conditions due to spraying foam. It was our responsibility to insure all areas of concern were taken care of. Manny did his best to limit the excess.
