The Cleanup Process

Unfortunately the dehumidifier you installed back in 2010 (or somewhere around that time) had failed since last year's annual service. It was replaced with the new unit noted above. The old unit was disconnected and left in place. I was told that the crawl space opening would be removed and replaced during next years service in June and the old non-functioning unit would be removed at no additional cost. I would like to make sure that takes place. This service was originally scheduled for June but rescheduled by Frontier on 3 occasions due to personnel scheduling conflicts. No issues with that, it happens, but would like to get back on the June calendar for next year.

When the house was gutted and remodeled in 2009/2010 you guys have been outstanding from the start. Did the Clean Space system, dehumidifier, sump pump, and structural supports. Every encounter I've had with your staff to date has been a pleasure. All are very courteous, proactive and responsive and should be commended!
