I wish I could give Chris Flatt with Frontier, 10 Stars. My basement needs were plenteous, and he helped me narrow in on the top 3 things I could do to get started, since financially, I need to do this in stages. He explained everything thoroughly, was patient to repeat things I didn't initially understand, and went above and beyond the call of duty.
