Jon was great. very informative, respectful, helpful, prompt, etc

the guys had to end up changing the job we originally wanted but they did a good job with the final project on the concrete slab

The Cleanup Process

nails were left in the crawlspace along with gravel and sand in multiple spots in the yard. don't mind the gravel and sand so much but i have dogs and nails in the basement or yard is not cool.

What made you choose our company:

salesperson was great. good reputation. they have not completed the encapsulation project yet so I'm not entirely comfortable rating my experience but so far it has been great. Frontier offered a quick and prompt refund when we had to make a change order and I appreciated that very much.
