Sales Process
Sales Person Adam told me two day install. The first day was foundation repair and second day would be lifting part of basement floor. The floor lifting was not scheduled for the second day, it was scheduled for the end of the following month! That is not what Adam told me when we signed the contract.
Our Installation Crew
Mike Pierce and his crew of Lu and Jacob were awesome! They went above and beyond. They were honest about problems they encountered and explained every step they were taking. They went above and beyond.
The Cleanup Process
Mike Pierce, Lu and Jacob did a great job with the clean up and finishing of the area.
What made you choose our company:
Because you included repairing the crack in the basement floor once it was lifted and leveled. You also use galvanized support poles which wont rust even when scratched, unlike powder coated poles.
