Very satisfied with work, company personnel, clean-up, etc.

Rep was very quick to have someone call me to set up appointment to check on my basement water problem.

Cody Roberts was very punctual for his appointment with me and was very thorough in explaining what was involved in the waterproofing process.

I was very impressed with the installation crew, Nick Tuttle and Brooks Gibson. They called each day to inform me of their arrival time, called to let me know they were leaving, and gave me an daily update of what they had accomplished. They were both very professional and personable. I felt like they were a great team and they provided excellent service.

The installation team, Nick Tuttle and Brooks Gibson, did a very good job on clean-up of my basement. They did an excellent job of removing all the jack-hammered concrete and other basement clean-up. I was very impressed with the looks of my basement after they finished their work and clean-up.
