When the electrician left, he said everything was hooked up and running. If so, the Sani-Pump is very quiet because we haven't heard it yet. So far, no moisture has been pumped out, but the atmosphere has been very dry since installation and the crawl space was dry when it was installed.

Overall impression of salesperson's desire to accurately assess my needs rather than just trying to make a sale. He told me some things that I could do before he returned to further evaluate what I needed. Upon return, he explained options and never used any high-pressure sales techniques.
