Master Dry is the best! We bought an older home with a basement and dirt crawlspace that filled with water during heavy rains. It was an ugly surprise! We called Master Dry and they installed their drainage system, solving that problem in 2 days. At that time we also considered installation of their crawlspace encapsulation system, but felt we should wait and make sure their drainage solution would hold up and that their quality service would continue after the sale. I am so happy to report they far surpassed our expectations! We happily called on them again and they have just completed our crawlspace encapsulation. Once again they have done a terrific job and we happily, confidently and heartily recommend their services to anyone who needs a basement rescue!

Each and every person we've spoken to by phone, whether for questions we had, setting up the sales calls or scheduling the work, was pleasant, patient and helpful. Master Dry can be very proud of it's office staff!

The Master Dry sales staff was excellent. They arrived exactly, to the minute, on time. They were super pleasant, well prepared and very patient with the million questions we had for them. Many companies employ high pressure sales tactics, but not this company.

The installation crews worked quickly and expertly to solve our basement issues both of the times we have used Master Dry services. There is just not one fault I can find!
