The Knoxville crew was very proud of their work and it showed in the excellent job they did

I was working with a "home inspector" who made the initial call to 2 companies asking them not to send a salesman; but to send someone responsible for the job; they complied with his request; the other company sent a salesman who could not give me a quote; but wanted to know if I could start "next Wednesday,"....he didn't get the job

follow up was wonderful

this representative brought his computer; plugged in what was needed and gave me an actual estimated cost.
