Office personnel very good to work with-friendly

Nick did a good job, very friendly, explained the process well.

Would have liked the dirt (mud clods broken up) smoothed out under the drainage matting instead of big humps in the matting.

See above - also drainage piping from sump pump could have been installed higher for better access under the piping
