Shaun came out to perform the annual inspection and service to my sump system. While he was here I had him install the Ultra Sump. He did an outstanding job on the service of the already installed system. He also installed the Ultra Sump so quickly and efficiently taking the time to explain to me how the system worked and what I could expect. He is very knowledgeable of the MasterDry products and is very skilled at his craft. Shaun is no doubt a valuable asset to your company as well as to your customers.
