As always, Curtis is tremendous! His thoroughness in locating the issue was much appreciated along with his willingness to communicate with us about the problem to resolve the issue without having to come back and then to come at an earlier time than originally scheduled. We love having Curtis do our service. Brian was very respectful and nice too.
