We purchased a water remediation system from Master Dry, before it became Master Services. the crew that did the work were neat, punctual and did a very fine job. Some significant time later, we noticed some moisture that shouldn't have been present. We called Master Services to come out and look at the situation and make an assessment. They honored the warranty even though the ownership had changed and fixed the problem. All is fine now and we are very pleased that we made the best decision to use Master Services in the first place. In my opinion, Master Services is the only company to use for services that involve water or moisture issues. They are a wonderful company with integrity and customer focus.
