I received a $2k change order for something, I believe, should have been identified in the initial inspection. My problem is not with the change order it is with the fact that it was missed. We used the quote from Master Services to negotiate the price of the house. We left $2k on the table in negotiations. Also, the rep said that they would build us a new door, it was not on the work order for the crew, but they did build it.
