Thee crew were nice guys but failed to balance the dehumidifier and it leaked water all over the new matting. This was found by a follow-up visit the day after my install. Follow up rep fixed all issues.

The Cleanup Process

What made you choose our company:

The sales rep Brian Moran explained the process in very good detail and showed me why other companies would not do as good a job with as good a guarantee. Brian didn't oversell me at all and advised that I would not need a "FULL" encapsulation at this time. I appreciate this as other estimates included "FULL" encapsulation as what I needed.
