All of my experience with you has been very good. Your staff identified the needs for this house and proposed the ways to address them. All of your staff members that I have dealt with have been pleasant and knowledgeable.

Your telephone staff have all been helpful and provided the information that I needed.

Simon looked at the crawl space situation and told me what the options were. He tailored the estimate for what I needed most.

Dave and Kody did a great job with the mold remediation last week. They explained everything and then did the job. What I saw later (from Dave's pictures, and yesterday going into the crawl space itself) looked very clean, especially compared to what the home inspector had showed me previously. Doug Dufour and his crew--Ben, Walt, and Taylor--did a really nice job cleaning up and repairing the crawl space yesterday. They also reinforced a number of floor joists. Doug and I also discussed a situation that I had not been aware of when Simon gave me the estimate, namely, a sagging floor in the kitchen. Doug did a change order to put beams and smart jacks under that part of the floor, along with the reinforced floor joists. That whole area is level now and feels properly solid--a major improvement. At the end of the day, Doug took me for a "crawl through" and showed me all the work that they had done. I was impressed with the results of the whole job! I was also pleased that even with a full-day job like this one, Doug took the opportunity to teach new skills to members of his crew. Not to leave anyone out, Jose and Willie hooked up the dehumidifier today and gave me a good report on it.

An amazing amount of old stuff was taken out of the crawl space on both days and hauled off on the trucks. The yard near the crawl space looks fine, and the crawl space itself really looks good.
