What made you choose our company:

Good reputation and references. Funny add that drove my husband crazy! Everything BASEMENTY really aggravated him because BASEMENTY is not a word. However he remembered it and finally decided to give it a try. We have been pleased. Only suggestion I have is that the Electricians should be available on shorter notice. In order to get a dehumidifier placed we needed electrical work. The men who installed the moisture barrier suggested a dehumidifier in the crawl space and had one available the same day. However the wait for the electrician was a month or so. Also, the foundation/pier crew (fabulous crew, thanks Jake) inadvertently cut an electrical line and that could not be repaired until the electricians come. Fortunately, since electricians are scheduled for Jan 4, they will fix that line at that time. So, no washing machine for 8 days. Not the crews' fault, I failed to warn them about that line. Thank you for your work!
