Could not reach a staff member to answer my initial attempt to complete deposit requirement. Second attempt placed on hold. Third attempt the rep was very helpful.

However, the last crew person leaving the yard did not close and lock gate. I would inspite of that failure ask Doug and his crew to complete another project.
