Our Overall Service

The communication from Masterservices was superb! I was informed of what time each crew was to arrive and the name of the lead person. They were right on time every time. If there was an unexpected delay I would get a call from the lead letting me know when they would arrive.

Call Representative

The office personnel were on top of where the process stood and were very competent in communicating every step. They were very pleasant and kept me informed of who was coming and when.

Sales Process

Nate was great! He answered the many questions I and my wife had and spent as much time explaining things to us as we needed. He has a vast amount of patience! His videos and photos he used to explain the process left no doubt as to how the job was to be completed.

Our Installation Crew

We had several crews arrive depending on whether they were working on the foundation, the waterguard, the internal supports or the electrical issues. Everyone in all the crews went above and beyond explaining what they were here to do and answered the many questions we had gladly.

The Cleanup Process

I was amazed at the cleanliness upon their departure. They cleaned up all debris that was left and even went so far as to clean up things that they weren't responsible for!! You would never know they'd been here doing as much work as they did.

What made you choose our company:

I chose Masterservices (1) because of the thouroughness of the original visit by Nate. He spent 5 hours going over the condition of my foundation and offering explanations of the repair process and (2) because I felt comfortable with knowing that the job would be completed as outlined and that the foundation and other work would be done correctly. The other companies ( I had two other estimates) didn't leave me with the feeling that the job would be a lifetime fix; only a temporary patch. Multiple crew members stated that they wanted to be sure things were fixed and that they were fixed right. Now that the job is completed and I see what has been done, I feel certain that I made the right choice in having Masterservices do the job. Was Masterservices the cheapest? No. But five or ten years down the road I know that should something go awry, Masterservices will be there to honor their lifetime guarantee. That's money in the bank!
