There was a problem with the GPS of the first 2 crews that came out to work. The delay cause them to make extra trips to finish the job. They were most accommodating and really tried to please us with every aspect of the job. They were diligent about the cleanup and worked hard to satisfy us with their work.

Our Overall Service

We had to travel 150 miles each day the crew worked. They got lost and did not show up until lunch 2 different times. This caused the job to take extra days and more trips for you and for us.

Again, the only negative was the lateness issue. The workers were very accommodating and eager to please. They were concerned that we be pleased with the job they did for us and always tried to make us happy.

The Cleanup Process

Some confusion over the finishing out of the trim on closets and baseboards. We assumed this would be included in the job but it was not. Otherwise, they did a wonderful job getting the wet carpet and wallboard out and getting the new materials in without a mess throughout the house and were diligent in their clean-up when they finished.
