I am very satisfied with the company. The free estimate, the sales person and all my questions were addressed in a very professional manner. I had been planning work on the crawl space for almost a year. You know this kind of work is not cheap. I do not regret to have chosen Master Services!

Kelsey at the office was amazing! She was always available to answer my questions, even on the weekend. If she did not know the answer, she would check first and then called me back.

A year ago Dylan was in charge of our free estimate. He really was thorough with his inspection. He answered all our questions and he provided several options in accordance with the needs in our crawl space. I think every crawl space has different needs so the solutions should not be standard.

The best of the best! David and Kody were great! They arrived earlier and prepared every aspect of the work they were about to perform, checking equipment and getting ready. They were more than open to answer some last minute questions and advised on how to tackle some dust/soda entering the upstairs. They also welcomed me checking on the work afterwards. The crawlspace, joists and all looks amazing now!

It was understandable that product, soda, would remain on the floor since ours was a soil floor. We were informed about that fact. The soda would be absorbed by the soil gradually. If our floor would have been concrete they would have vacuumed the place. Oh well!
