What made you choose our company:

Good TV commercial & other companies said they could not do the job without pulling up the floors inside the house. One contractor representative, Mark Bledsoe from CFI Insulation came out to our house and refused to wear a mask (my wife and I are in the high-risk category for Covid); Mr. Bledsoe was extremely rude and started yelling at my wife and said he "didn't want to do this job anyway" and said "he could tell by looking at the outside of the house that he would not be able to do the job." Note that the only part of the outside of the house he even saw was the carport area which wasn't even going to be included in the work area of the basement. I would not use CFI Insulation even if they paid me to let them do work on my property. On the other hand, Jacob Muncey with Master Service had no problem accessing the basement or crawl space; neither did the installation crew. And all of the Master Services employees wore without even being ask to. Master Services did a great job; I recommend them highly and would use them again if I need further work done in my crawl space or basement!
