very good. original reason for call was cracks in walls. waited month or so before doing this survey to see what if anything would happen negatively. so far nothing. cracks have been repaired, doors, etc fixed. still waiting for anything to happen before painting. probably will wait another month or so. overall great job!!

very knowledgeable depending on what a call rep is. Is that the person who answers your phone or the tech who comes to the house to see what's wrong?? the tech was very good -- not sure of phone answerer. not enough interaction.

Is sales rep and call rep same person?? if so, then very good.

crew was excellent. worked hard, worked fast, install looked perfect. cleanup very good. very efficient. on time, etc, etc.

oops -- answered above. very good. answered N/A to other services below -- really means I will wait and see if any other cracks in walls appear and need the same attention.
