The whole experience was just amazing from the moment I was in contact with Master Services. The communication, job performed, professionalism, all were top notch. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor.

Very nice talking with them. They put me at ease from the get go.

Taylor Benson performed the inspection and presented a plan that covered all my questions about the work I needed done. He went over the project in great detail which helped me understand how the needed repairs would take place step by step. Very thorough! At no time did he try to sell me any service that was not necessary. I appreciate how professional he was.

I would give them a 10 if it was on the scale. I can’t say enough how hard this crew worked in not so great conditions weather wise. Every aspect of the job was performed with great concern to make sure the work was done correctly. No shortcuts!! I can’t say enough about the whole crew and I will ask for them for future projects. I was that impressed.

Again, great detail was performed with the cleanup. Couldn’t be more pleased
