I would rate them a 5 but they have to take 3 weeks + to come back over and fix/tape some areas...that is just to long to wait after paying over $11K plus the gentleman over the phone said do you want us to fix it or will you fix it. Once again after paying over $11K I don't think it should be an option for the consumer to fix it.
