Towards the end of the project we had a few miscommunication issues with you all but Josh (operations manager) came through for us making sure we were satisfied. He willingly took accountability for the problem (which is so rare this day in age) and we agreed to a compromise of how to fix it. Josh was by far the best person I dealt with there. Very patient and accommodating.
