I found your staff extremely professional and knowledgeable about crawl space encapsulation. The guys went to work as soon as they arrived, worked until they were finished and were very respectful and friendly with my 95 year old Dad. John Jaskowski was outstanding in explaining the problems in the crawl space, suggesting appropriate solutions and explaining the schedule for reaching our goals. Financials were clearly explained. And while it was a hefty investment, I feel that all problems have been appropriately solved and will have my yearly checkups to keep my crawl space problem free.

What made you choose our company:

I had previously had my crawl space encapsulated in 2008 by Barrier Basement Systems. When I had a problem with my sump pump, I called the phone number previously used by Barrier Basement Systems and was connected with Master Dry. Barrier Basement Systems is no longer in business and those former customers were forwarded to Master Dry. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable I decided to stick with Master Dry.
