We really appreciate the Annual service that Master Services has. I feel worry free because I know that the system is functioning & that the staff will come & answer any questions. Overtime I hear the sump pump I know the underside of the house is staying dry.

My crawl space is also bug & rodent free. No moisture so they can't live there :)

 

Our Overall Service

Never had a company where the local manager came out to reassure us that we would be dar & safe.

Call Representative

Totally took time to answer ALL our questions & took us around to see what he was talking about.

Our Office Staff
Whenever we called the office they were polite & able to direct the call to the proper department.
Sales Process

He took the time to totally explain every thing to us. We were taken step by step through the entire process.

Our Installation Crew

We loved these guys....they were just too nice to us whenever we went to see what they were doing. We have a unique crawlspace..it is about 12 feet high in one end & taper up to a place that is 4 feet. The guys were surprised to see the space & more than willing to let us be in their area while they worked.

The Cleanup Process

NEVER have we had workers leave a place cleaner. Not only is our space beautiful but it is also cleaner than we ever expected.

Believe it or not, Oshan told us to use your services as we didn't have the problem we thought & this rep knew Master Services was going to be the answer to our problem.
