My mother, Susan S. is the customer but I handle all communications for her, including interacting with the crew daily. We both felt very confident that Master Dry would deliver what was promised.

Excellent presentation and we appreciated the patience taken to be sure we understood everything that was presented. The only question we have is about the yearly maintenance. We were under the impression that was included in the contract. If it is not, will someone please contact us so we can purchase a service agreement.

Wesley and his crew were both personable and professional.

Wesley and his crew did the best job possible in this area. The dust is just something we will have to deal with.
