Steve Sobota

Meet Steve!

Steve is the Director of Operations here at Redeemers Group.  He chose to join our team because our culture and core values closely match his.  He describes an excitement in the air that he can’t quite capture with words and he’s eager to help grow the organization.  Steve brings a background of extensive experience. He’s worked nearly every position one could work in a service company, including construction, sales, distribution, and leadership.  He’s spent 28 years in the pool industry, gaining the knowledge, skills, and professionalism needed to help guide this company.  
Steve is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and now makes Bartlett, TN his home with his wife and 3 creative and driven daughters.  The family has 2 dogs and a tank full of fish.  He feels that there is no better job in the world than being a husband and father.
During his free time, Steve enjoys participating in Tough Mudder’s, Spartans, and GORUCKs.  These are obstacle course type events that take both mental and physical strength and endurance to complete.  By disclosing this info, Steve has unknowingly volunteered himself for all heavy lifting, ladder climbing, and other strenuous activities that may arise around the office.  He also enjoys camping and spending time with his family.  He claims that he doesn’t snack a lot, but there are reports of him sitting in his office binging on Hot Tamales cinnamon candy without offering to share.
