I can't say enough how knowledgeable, through, helpful and considerate Nathan Scroggins was. If the product works up to Nathan's level of service, I'll be completely satisfied.
Sales Process
I can't recall the sales person's name, its been a few months since I talked to him. He was very helpful, but, new to the job and not as knowledgeable as I expected.

The Cleanup Process
The area was as clean as could be expected for the work done. No perfect clean up can be done without incurring time that is unreasonable to expect for a crew that had to work on a Saturday.
What made you choose our company:
A reference from Mark Rowland at Marco, a property management company here in NEA. As to the previous question, its too early to say that I would recommend RG since there has been any instance of prolonged, heavy rain to judge the products effectiveness.
