She was nice but was wrong. She told me that the pool cover might not lift up with concrete. I accepted that. It didn't work anyway. She told me that concrete would lift. It did not. The adjacent pool cover and pool prevented success. All the literature you sent did suggest that there was no guarantee of successful lifting of the concrete. I accept that. Just so you know... This is the second pool cover associated with sinking concrete your install crew has encountered. Neither project was successful. 2 other companies I called would not touch the project b/c of the pool cover. Those are 4 data points suggesting next time you should not suggest that the concrete next to a pool cover will be successfully raised. Again, salesperson very pleasant and probably not often wrong.
