WOW what a difference a redeemed basement makes. My A/C is much cooler and my sagging floors are level and no bounce.

Basement is clean and the musty smell is gone. Expect to pay some money but the quality of materials and work is what you are getting. I expect my utilities to be lower too

A lot of hard work but the guys did a great job. They also fixed some extra joist not found in original inspection. They were polite and easy to work with.
