We just had our 5 year warranty check-up and the foundation repair is still holding. We were impressed by the whole process and how efficient the workman were and we could stay in the house while they worked. They also found a plumbing leak under the house that could have cost us a lot in the long run. Foundation repair is a serious matter and should be done by a company that has an excellent reputation.... Baird Construction.
